Understanding Our Fee Policy
Sitters Service is your complete source for all your childcare needs. Here is a list of services and rate & fee schedule:
We're not a Daycare Service
Sitters Service provides personalized childcare solutions tailored to your family's needs. We do not operate as a traditional daycare center. Our focus is on connecting families with experienced and trusted caregivers for in-home care.
- All new clients will pay a one-time “New Client Enrollment Fee”: $75.00 (required and non-refundable)
- Annual Membership Fee: $50.00 (after the 1st year)
- Sitters Service Placement fee: $25.00 per day per provider

Cancellation Fee: $25.00
If client cancels after the job has been booked the client will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. If a client fails to cancel without prior notification, and the provider arrives at the job, the client will be charged for the 4 hour minimum fee for the Provider and the Sitters Service's fee. -
Last minute request: $25.00
Same day requests, requests with less than 24 hour prior notice, or request taken outside of the business hours will be charged a last minute request fee. -
Holidays and Special Occasions
Holiday rates are charged at one and one-half times of the regular rate. Call us for details...

Services & Rates
Childcare Provider (After-school, Nights & Occasional)
In Client's Home Childcare. The provider will care for the client family at client's home for up to five (5) children.
- Basic Rate: $15.00-$20.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Add Placement Fee: $25.00 per day per provider
- Mileage: $0.50 per mile
Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time Nanny *
- A live-in or live-out nanny who is hired on a permanent basis to work as a child care provider.
- Nanny Placement Fee: $2,000.00 (30-day guarantee) Sitters Service hourly fee will apply until Nanny Placement is completed.
Night Time Newborn Care **
- In Client's Home Childcare for newborns to assist new mothers.
- Basic Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Sitters Service Placement Fee: $25.00 per day per provider
Childcare Provider (Trip Sitting / Overnight)
In Client's Home Childcare. The provider will care for the client family at client's home for an extended time including overnight stay.
- Basic Rate: $175.00 per day (24-hour period)
- Mileage: $0.50 per mile
- Sitters Service Placement Fee: $25.00 per day per provider (24-hour period)
Hotels Childcare ***
Childcare in Hotel settings. Provider/providers will care for the child/children at a pre-determined location.
- Basic Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (4-hour minimum)
- Sitters Service placement fee: $25.00 per day per provider (once placement is filled)
Pet and House Sitting
Service will include walk and/or play time, providing fresh water and feeding based on your pets’ needs. The provider will also do basic house maintenance and cleaning (taking out trash, bring in the mail, newspapers, watering plants etc.) and they will also give you and your fur babies a peace of mind to be in their own home.
- Basic Rate: $50.00 per day
- Sitters Service placement fee: $25.00 per day per provider
Group Rates ****
Childcare in Hotels, Churches, Weddings, and other group settings. Provider/providers will care for the child/children at a pre-determined location.
